SC Housing Continues to Improve

The South Carolina housing market continues to hold strong according to September numbers released by the South Carolina Realtors.  First time home buyers and move-up buyer are sustaining the market and bringing it back to some normalcy.

• Home sales increased 21.9% over August
• New home listings increased by 9.9%
• Median price increased by 3.2% to $159,500
• Days on the market decreased 9.1% to 115 days
